Q.: I don't hear sounds when I click on the buttons.

A.: In the book go to file and click on refresh. Now the white rectangle will become grey and show the text.

     Clicking on it  now will make it able to hear the sound.

Q.: I don't see the buttons in the text.

A.: Install JAVA, reboot your computer, reopen the book. 

Q.: I downloaded a book but I can't open it.

A.: Download the free eBook viewer from our download page
